**Virgin Bet FIVES Rules

1. Who can take part?

• You must be a registered Virgin Bet Member that has opted into our FIVES promotion (“Promotion” or “FIVES”) via the Promotions page and be physically located in Great Britain when you participate.
• Please remember that you can’t participate in this Promotion if you’re subject to any responsible gambling restrictions on your Account, such as deposit limits or loss limits.

2. How does it work?

• First, visit the FIVES game via Virgin Bet’s website or app and click “Start Playing”;
• Then, reveal a Player Card daily in a Round, from the set time each day as displayed in the FIVES game; and
• Once you've revealed your Player Cards in a Round (max 5), the FIVES wheel will spin, which shall reveal the cash bonus you’ll receive if your revealed Player scores a goal in the 90 minutes of the Game specified on the Player Card (“Goal Bonus”).
• In a Round, if your revealed Player scores a goal in the 90 minutes of the Game specified on the Player Card, then you’ll receive a Goal Bonus for every goal scored by that Player in that Round.
• We aim to credit the Goal Bonus to your Account, as withdrawable cash, within three (3) hours of that Game finishing but please allow up to 48 hours.
• You may reveal up to a maximum of five (5) Players, one (1) per day, in the five (5) days before the day of the first Game due to be played in a Round. If you don’t reveal your Player Card within 24 hours from the time it is released in a Round, that Player Card shall expire and won’t be valid for that Round.
• Player Card: shall contain the name and football shirt number of a professional football player (each, a “Player”), and the name of the football game that Player is due to play in a Round (“Game”).
• Round: Starts five (5) days before a match is due to be played as displayed on the FIVES page and ends 90 minutes after the scheduled kick-off time for the last game to be played as displayed on the FIVES page.

3. What else do I need to know?

• Depending on the Round, some customers may be able to reveal multiple Player Cards in one day in a Round.
• Multiplier: a multiplier may be applied to the value of the Goal Bonus. You’ll see this when you spin the FIVES wheel when the Goal Bonus is assigned to you. This multiplier will reset after each Round.
• You’ll only be awarded a Goal Bonus for the specific Player and Game on the Player Card.
• You can’t change or substitute Players or Player Cards or exchange them with any other Member.
• You won’t receive a Goal Bonus if:
• a Player scores an own goal;
• a Player scores a goal, but that goal is later disallowed;
• a Player does not participate in the Round;
• a Player scores a goal during extra time or penalty shootout
• a Game is rescheduled or postponed from its original kick-off time; or
• a Game is cancelled.

4. The other important Legal bits

• If you opt to participate in this promotion, you agree to comply with these Promotion Rules, the Bonus Rules and the Virgin Bet Terms and Conditions at all times
• This Promotion can’t be used in conjunction with any other Virgin Bet promotion or bonus offer.
• Where a restriction is applied to your Account under the Virgin Bet Terms and Conditions or your eligibility to receive the Bonus offered as part of this Promotion is otherwise reduced by us under the Bonus Rules (an “Account Restriction”) after you have participated in this Promotion (before we have notified you of the Account Restriction), you may contact our Customer Service Team to obtain the full number and expected value of any Bonus that you should have been awarded under this Promotion, where altered or removed by such Account Restriction. This term is subject to our obligations to apply restrictions to Bonuses as necessary to prevent money laundering, fraud or similar unlawful behaviour, or as required by law or regulation as set out in the Virgin Bet Terms and Conditions.
• Any Member who is self-excluded will not be eligible to participate. Members who self-exclude: (i) during the Promotion Period, or (ii) during the Promotion Period but before any Goal Bonus or any other Bonus is credited, will not be eligible to receive the same.
• Your Goal Bonus, deposit balance (excluding any non-withdrawable Bonuses such as Free Bet Token/s) and winnings (if any) are withdrawable at any time during this Promotion, subject to our rights to temporarily withhold payments as further set out in the Virgin Bet Terms and Conditions.
• If (based on reasonable evidence) we find that you have seriously breached any of these terms, we may render Bonuses, bets, refunds and/or related winnings in your Account void, and we reserve the right to close your Account.
• Any terms not defined in these Promotion Rules shall be given the same meaning as set out in the Virgin Bet Terms and Conditions.
