How to get my Free Bets
1. Register with Virgin Bet.
2. Within 14 days of sign-up:
   • deposit at least £10; and
   • place a bet of at least £10 cash on ANY sport (ex. virtual) at the minimum odds of ½ (1.5) that settles within the same 14 day period.
3. Receive £20 in free bets to use on [market] straight to your Account.

BET £10 GET £20 IN FREE BETS WELCOME OFFER - (“WELCOME OFFER”) RULES

1. Who can take part?
• You must be a new Virgin Bet Member that’s registered from [04/09/2024] and be a resident of and physically located in the United Kingdom.
• Please remember, you can’t participate in this Welcome Offer if you’re subject to any responsible gambling or other Account restriction that makes you unable to take part in this Welcome Offer.

2. How does it work?
• Within 14 days of signing up to Virgin Bet,
  • make a first deposit of at least £10 (excludes deposits made by pre-paid credit card, disposable, virtual cards and/or pre-paid debit cards and/or debit cards where we cannot identify the type of card used or bank or financial institution that issued the card); and
  • next, place a Qualifying Bet, which is a cash bet of at least £10 in one go on any sportsbook market (excluding virtual sports) with minimum odds of 1/2 (decimal price 1.5) that settles within the same 14-day period.
• For your bet to be counted as a Qualifying Bet where you place:
• an accumulator or a multiple bet, the bet must also have odds greater than 1/100 (decimal price 1.01);
• an each-way bet, the total stake must be at least £20 with a minimum of £10 each way.

3. What happens if I qualify?
• If you’re eligible to take part in this offer and place a Qualifying Bet, you’ll be awarded £20 in free bets, provided to you as two (2) £10 Free Bet Tokens, which you’ve got to accept within 7 days of qualifying via a pop-up notification when logged into your Account. We’ll credit the Free Bet Token to your Account shortly after.
• Remember to use your Free Bet Tokens within 7 days once you’ve accepted them or they will expire.

4. What can I do with the Free Bet Tokens?
• You can only use the Free Bet Tokens one at a time to place a single selection or accumulator bet on a sportsbook market (excluding virtual sports), of the same value as the Free Bet Token, and with odds of 1/100 or greater.
• The Free Bet Token can't be:
  • used on each-way, multiples, forecasts or tricast bets,
  • withdrawn as cash,
  • used to claim a Bonus, or
  • used with any other Free Bet Token or cash bet.
• The Free Bet Token will not be returned as a stake on a winning bet.

5. What else do I need to know?
• Only your first Qualifying Bet will count towards this Welcome Offer.
• This Welcome Offer is only for new members of Virgin Bet. You can only take part in a maximum of one of our offers that are restricted to new members.
• Any cancelled, voided, or cashed-out bets will not qualify for this Welcome Offer.

6. The other important Legal bits
• If you opt to participate in this Welcome Offer, your participation in this Welcome Offer is subject to compliance with these Welcome Offer Rules, the Bonus Rules and the Virgin Bet Terms and Conditions at all times.
• If these Welcome Offer Rules and the Bonus Rules are in conflict, these Welcome Offer Rules shall take priority.
• This Welcome Offer can’t be used in conjunction with any other Virgin Bet promotion or bonus offer.
• Where a restriction is applied to your Account under the Virgin Bet Terms and Conditions or your eligibility to receive the Bonus offered as part of this Welcome Offer is otherwise reduced by us under the Bonus Rules (an “Account Restriction”) after you have placed a Qualifying Bet (where placed before we have notified you of the Account Restriction), you may contact our Customer Service Team to obtain the full number and expected value of any Bonus that you should have been awarded under this Welcome Offer, where altered or removed by such Account Restriction. This term is subject to our obligations to apply restrictions to Bonuses as necessary to prevent money laundering, fraud or similar unlawful behaviour, or as required by law or regulation as set out in the Virgin Bet Terms and Conditions.
• Any Member who is self-excluded will not be eligible to participate. Members who self-exclude: (i) during the timeframe of this Welcome Offer, or (ii) during the timeframe of this Welcome Offer (e.g. after you have placed a Qualifying Bet) but before any Bonus or Free Bet is credited, will not be eligible to receive any Bonus or Free Bet.
• Your deposit balance (excluding any non-withdrawable Bonuses such as Free Bet(s) and winnings (if any) are withdrawable at any time during this Welcome Offer, subject to our rights to temporarily withhold payments as further set out in the Virgin Bet Terms and Conditions.
• If (based on reasonable evidence) we find that you have seriously breached any of these terms, we may render Bonuses, bets, refunds and/or related winnings in your Account void, and we reserve the right to close your Account.
• Any terms not defined in these Welcome Offer Rules shall be given the same meaning as set out in the Virgin Bet Terms and Conditions.
